I was with another brokerage and I still remember vividly that during the hottest market (2016), I was stuck on a very complicated deal. I visited 3 managing brokers within the brokerage franchise network and no one had a clue of about how to handle that situation. I called several colleagues and was given the phone number of Roloff.
